Plenty of fine food, we enjoyed it. We stayed in a modern and cheap room with a balcony. Magnificent and historic location in walking distance to the bus stop, met requests.

Overall it was spotless, with a separate bathroom. The location was incredible, not very far from Temple of the Jade Mountain.

Came in Hanoi for trip, the hotel met requests. Actually the room was reasonably large and cheap with lovely bathrooms, fridge and an ok'ish window. Extremely friendly and affable stuff ; where ready to help. I enjoyed this venue and recommend it to friends.

Pleasant and exceptionally comfortable accommodation with marvellous setting not far from many attractions such as the weekend walking street, museums, and temples, and the Cathedral. Very convenient building and rooms with big beds. Nice experience there.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the owner Moon was very nice and looked after us, even when we were not staying in the hotel. The Internet was fast and the hotel location was close to the main shopping street and a nice walk from the lake. They are very caring staff and want to make sure you have a good stay. Very pleased.

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. Some noise from the street could be heard in the rooms, so it might be better to request a room away from the front

The room was big and offered a shampoo and a soap, so that guests had essentials. The staff were ready to help with any issue.

Got new-fashioned, spotless room with a balcony. The good breakfast had plenty of meals and the food I tasted was outstanding. Location: the hotel was just next door to the big market for buying clothes, the main attractions, and another bus line like inter bus. The staff were ready to help, and the services were good...

It was cheap, decent sized and with aircon. We had Wi-Fi, free tea and coffee, and tea/coffee.

Great choice for trip. Fantastic and perfect location in Hanoi, just next door to interesting Long Bien Bridge and many attractions such as the weekend walking street, museums, and temples. Also, to Cat Ba island for one night. Reasonably spacious and very affordable units with a balcony and clean bathroom plus a big comfortable bed, and nice staff.

Thank you guys for a very nice stay by 4 extra nights. Its rooms are new-fashioned and cheap with a good selection of channels. The hotel offers plenty of food that was nice. The location is great and perfect and the staff is incredibly welcoming.
